Prepare the broccoli and rice

Bring 2 cups salted water to a boil in small saucepan. Add broccoli to boiling water. Cover and cook until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain broccoli. Make small tear at top of brown rice bag and microwave bag for 90 seconds. (TIP: You can also combine precooked brown rice and 1 tbsp water in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cover and steam until warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes.)

Serve

Divide brown rice between bowls. Add broccoli, avocado, and dill. Top with pepitas and drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve with lemon wedges.
