  3. 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  4. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  5. 2 tbsp vegan butter
  6. 2 red apples, thinly sliced
  7. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  8. 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (from your kitchen)

Make the batter

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and just 1 tsp cinnamon in large bowl. Add non-dairy milk and whisk until smooth.

Preheat the pan and bake the Dutch baby

Add butter to medium oven-safe nonstick skillet and place in oven until butter has melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully remove hot skillet from oven. Scatter apples in single layer over bottom of skillet and pour batter on top of apples. Place skillet back in oven and cook until middle is set and toothpick inserted comes out clean, 22 to 25 minutes.

Finish and serve
