  2. 2 oz plant-based shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 tbsp everything bagel spice
  4. 2 jalapeños, deseeded and minced Spicy
  5. 4 slices sourdough bread
  6. 2 tbsp vegan butter
  7. 2 tbsp vegan parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the cream cheese filling

Stir together cream cheese, cheddar, everything bagel spice, and as much jalapeño as you'd like in small bowl.

Build the sandwiches

Lay sourdough on clean work surface. Spread butter on one side of each slice, sprinkle with parmesan, and flip over. Spread cream cheese filling on two slices and close sandwiches with remaining sourdough, parmesan side out.

Grill the sandwiches

Transfer sandwiches to large nonstick skillet and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown and cheese has melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cut melts in half. (TIP: If bread is getting too dark but cheese hasn’t melted yet, lower heat.)
