  2. 2 radish, trimmed and quartered
  3. 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  4. 4 stuffed grape leaves (dolmas), halved

  6. 0.25 oz dill, fronds picked
  7. 1 tbsp za'atar seasoning

Prepare the rice

Make small tear at top of brown rice bag and microwave bag for 1 minute. (TIP: You can also combine precooked brown rice and 1 tbsp water in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cover and steam until warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes.)

Serve

Divide rice between bowls and top with radishes, tomatoes, and grape leaves. Add dollops of herb garlic cheese and sprinkle with dill fronds, za’atar, and a pinch of salt.
