INGREDIENTS
- 2 flatbreads
- 1/4 cup vegan basil pesto
- 2 oz plant-based shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 0.25 oz basil
- 1 green goddess salad kit

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 400°F. Place pizza crust directly on rack and cook until edge begins to color, 3 to 5 minutes.
Divide pesto between flatbreads and spread on top. Top with cheese and tomatoes. Cook until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 4 to 6 minutes.
Combine ingredients from green goddess salad kit. Top pizza with basil. Cut pizza into slices and divide between plates. Serve with salad. Dig in! (TIP: For optimum salad crunch, mix in your dressing first, and add your toppings second!)
For 4-serving meal, double all ingredients. You may need to cook in batches, in larger cooking vessels, or for longer cook times. Follow visual cues in 2-serving recipe.
