Build and grill sandwiches

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 2 slices of sourdough bread in skillet and top each slice with cheddar, jalapeño, and cilantro. Close sandwiches with remaining sourdough bread slices and continue to cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cut sandwiches in half and serve with tomato chutney for dipping.
