Prepare the overnight oats

In a large bowl or container with a lid, combine the oats, maca powder, agave, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Serve

Divide the overnight oats into 4 serving dishes. When you’re ready to eat, thinly slice the apples. Layer the following on top before serving: sliced apple, sunflower seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
