Cook the porridge

Add amaranth, cacao powder, coconut milk, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to low. Cook until grains are tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Add maple syrup and stir.
