Samosa Burrito

with Spiced Potatoes & Peas

This heat & eat burrito is inspired by samosa, the south Asian hand pies we can’t get enough of. Potatoes and peas are seasoned with cardamom, cumin, and the health-food powerhouse turmeric, then wrapped in a whole wheat flour tortilla.


Instructions: Choose your preferred heating method (we love the air-fryer). Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Microwave: Make a 1-inch slit in the plastic and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.*

Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic film from tray, cover with foil, and cook for 12 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes.

Air-fryer: Preheat air-fryer to 375°F. Remove from packaging and cook for 8 minutes.

Make sure to cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.

*Microwave directions are based on preparation in a 1100-watt microwave. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully heated.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
