Mezze refers to a selection of small dishes, similar to Spanish tapas. They are served as appetizers, snacks, or part of a multi-course meal in many eastern Mediterranean and Adriatic cuisines. In this mezze platter, we serve creamy garlicky hummus with fluffy pita. Bulgur and quinoa tabouli is studded with juicy tomatoes, roasted red peppers, earthy kale, and fresh parsley.
