Mole means sauce—and these enchiladas are certainly saucy. A red mole loaded with complex flavors—smoky ancho and guajillo chiles, raisins, cocoa, and a blend of spices—enrobes rice & bean enchiladas. Typically a labor of love, we’ve handled allll the labor, so you can focus on loving this delish dish.


Instructions: Choose your preferred heating method (we love the microwave). Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Microwave: Make a 1-inch slit in the plastic and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.*

Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic film from tray, cover with foil, and cook for 18 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes.

Make sure to cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.

*Microwave directions are based on preparation in a 1100-watt microwave. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully heated.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
