Your Mexican food favorite just got a plant-based remix with smoky chipotle peppers and silky pumpkin purée. Stuffed with pinto beans and brown rice and topped with crunchy pepitas, this autumn-inspired dinner is under 600 calories.


Instructions: Choose your preferred heating method (we love the oven). Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film completely and cover tray with foil. Cook for 17 to 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking, uncovered, for 5 minutes.*

Microwave: Pull back film about 1 inch for each compartment and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.*

*Make sure to cook this meal until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
